I'm over 50 and been running off and on since 1968. I have run everything from 800m to 10k on the track, to half marathons (PB 1:21 Brisbane 1993) and marathons (PB 2:53 Gold Coast 1985).

Thursday Bike Intervals

Start Time: 1:00 pm.
Session Type: Gym Bike.

The Coach of Kewell's soccer team was not going to be able to make training tonight so I had volunteered to take training tonight. So I decided on a lunchtime Bike session in the Gym.

10 minute warm up, followed by 5 reps of two minutes hard and two minutes easy, then 5 minute warm down. This really got the heart and lungs going. Finished off with stretching and weights.
