The work gym is back in operation and so tonight I did a session on the bike.
10min warmup, then 9 by one minute hard with 1 minute easy intervals followed by 7 min warm down. I then did weights and stretching to finish off.

Don't know if I could use the exercise bike regularly - I'd lose interest. Luckily it's sunny here so a lurgi-centric run is still possible.
