Thankfully it was a little overcast this morning, so it didn't warm up too much for my long run. I am on roster duties tomorrow at the BRRC and I was going to the Qld Roar match tonight, so my long run had to be Saturday morning or never.
In keeping with with my current training approach, I took it easy all the way.
The stangest thing I have seen for awhile on a run was passing two different Army platoons, fully kitted up with packs and rifles out on route marches on the cycle path.
