Another beautiful morning for a long run. Was happy to run at whatever pace felt comfortable today. Usually I keep a close eye on the HR and try to keep under 75% MaxHr (135 - 140) but the 145 HR was easy and so I kept with it. This allowed me to run 6 min 40 seconds faster than last week. A good hit out with just six weeks to go.
I seemed to have warded off the cold so far. Ducky now has a vomitting bug, so I will have to side step that as well.

Are you sidestepping the bug or the vomitting :-)
Thought you might have headed to BRRC for the champs. Guess at this stage the long run is more important than chasing bling.
