Last week, I did this run as a very easy run. Tonight after yesterday's recovery run I was able to put in a little more effort. The aim still was to keep it aerobic though.
Out in 45:09 (Hr 149) and back in 45:49 (Hr 153) for an avg pace of 4:49 which was a good steady pace.

I'm always curious about runner's definition of 'aerobic'. A 10k race for me is about 95% aerobic and 6ft track is 100%. A big variation in paces though.
