Monday - recovery run

Course: Work to Sydney St and Back.
Start Time: 5:50 pm Temp 25C.
Session Type: Recovery Run

I once again felt well recovered from yesterday's long run. So tonight was just a bit above a recovery run pace. Out in 24:09 (137) and back 24:06 (141).

    do you sprint the last 50 metres just to get so close to an even split.

    Nice running on the weekend. Even better resting heartrates.
    I used to take mine in the morning in bed. Then I started to use an alarm. Pulse shot up by about 30 bpm...
