Robert Song's Running

I'm over 50 and been running off and on since 1968. I have run everything from 800m to 10k on the track, to half marathons (PB 1:21 Brisbane 1993) and marathons (PB 2:53 Gold Coast 1985).

40:00 mins. HR Avg 120 Max 146 Avg Pace 4:16
Start Time: 5:15 pm.
Session Type: Gym Bike.

A forty minute session on the bike followed by weights and stretching.

Kewell has been away at Binna Burra on Year 3 Camp since Wednesday and came back tonight. He is such a character and My Wife and I really missed him. Although the girls could not quite understand why we kept saying we were missing him.

Sorry the calf is being a cow Robert (I borrowed that one from 2P). Good sense to get it right and look to 2007.

Maybe when he's 25 and still living at home, you won't be missing him.

perhaps when he's older and has a plethora of hot male friends, the girls will be more appreciative of the squibbin

    Hey Robert

So did you do what you said and not race the 10K? I'm a bit worried
that in a rush of blood you went ahead and raced it and now your laid up with an injury unable to run or blog.

    Say it isn't so.
