Start Time: 5:05 pm Temp 22C.
Session Type: One K Intervals
Tonight was a set of five hard efforts along the path by the river parallel to MacQuarie Street. This is just 25m short of one kilometer. I ran gently to the end of the path to warm up and did some stretching. I ran from one end to the other, had 3 minutes recovery and then ran back etc . This worked out as having 1, 3 and 5 th repeat with a tail wind and 2 and 4 into the wind.

It is strangely satisfying working that hard and I am looking forward to improving on those times in the next few weeks.

Some great intervals there Graeme.
Will have to try you out on SUnday at BRRC. Maybe I will try to hang onto you for mmmmm one km.
