Session Type: Easy Run
Yet another easy run home from work. My car maybe ready at 5:00pm tomorrow but they are not sure, although it will be hard for me to get there at that time to pick it up.
Tonight the section from Bowen Bridge took 73:25 (Hr 135 Pace 5:46) much the same as Tuesday night. My legs felt much fresher though after the rest day yesterday.
