Robert Song's Running

I'm over 50 and been running off and on since 1968. I have run everything from 800m to 10k on the track, to half marathons (PB 1:21 Brisbane 1993) and marathons (PB 2:53 Gold Coast 1985).

Monday 6k @ HR 132 Pace 5:18

6.0k 31:50. HR Avg 132 Max 141 Avg Pace 5:18
Course: Work to Powerhouse.
Start Time: 5:40 pm Temp 25C.
Session Type: Recovery Run

A gentle recovery run to the Powerhouse and back. Legs feeling good after yesterday's long run. Tried out my music player tonight for the first time in over a week. It behaved itself for the 31 minutes and so gave me my first chance to listen to Cheikh Lo's new album "Lamp Fall".

With the work you are putting in and the dedication to your program, Canberra will be a walk in the park for you Robert Song. I admire the way you have stuck to your plan and your ultimate GC goal.
