My run last night, didn't seem to have a negative effect on my recovery but I would still only rate myself at 95% healthy. Because I have done so little running last week, I thought I could do a 15k run tonight without much risk of comprimising the taper. I must say the weather has changed in the last week and it was noticeably cooler tonight and made for very pleasent running conditions.
The run was a decent hit out over an undulating route and I was pleased with the average pace of 4:48. Out in 36:38 (144) and back in 37:06 (156).
