Tuesday - Vera Chuck and Dave
9.5k 44:12. HR Avg 148 Max 164 Avg Pace 4:39
Course: Waterworks Rd.
Start Time: 6:20 pm Temp 22C.
Session Type: Fartlek
A nice cool change blew in last night and it was more comfortable at 22C tonight. I guess it is all relative, as that still seems a bit high for ideal running conditions. I felt strong on the fartlek session and it was over a minute faster than last week and at Avg 148 against last week's 150.
The race numbers for Canberra have been posted and I have exactly the same as last year. Send me a postcard, drop me a line if you can guess what it is.

By the way with race numbers going on PBs there must be lots more faster women entered this time.
The past few years my race number has been in the 20s, this time its F44!

I think it is going to be a darn side harder doing justice to a chest number of 6 from a 1978 time, than a chest number of 64 from a 1985 time. Still, good to see you going "strong" after all these years!

That's no fun - Tesso has spoiled it! So are there more than 100 sub-3 runners?
