Robert Song's Running

I'm over 50 and been running off and on since 1968. I have run everything from 800m to 10k on the track, to half marathons (PB 1:21 Brisbane 1993) and marathons (PB 2:53 Gold Coast 1985).

Behind Every Good Man

It is often the way that men who are successful are backed up by a woman who maintains balance and stability in their life.

Why is every good woman a fat woman????

In case I don't see you until seconds before the race on Sunday - I hope you are well and truly over the cold and enjoying the pleasures and benefits of the taper.

Eat plenty (and well) and despite the cool drink lots of water. Flush out the toxins. Especially those nasty ones that keep telling you to run one more run just in case.....

Take Care Graeme and best of luck for this weekend. I'll be cheering you on :) See you there.

Bugger that. Give me a tractor with four wheels ;)

I hope you're well and truly over the cold by the weekend Robert. You'll be pleased to hear it'll be a warm day, so not too different from what you're used to (less the humidity).

Apparently 9 to 24, so leave the gloves and jumper at home! Perfect for spectators :)
