After my big week-end, I was still feeling tired in the legs so it was better to just do an easy run tonight and leave my quality session of 3k intervals till Thursday.
So after soccer training, I headed out along Waterworks Road for my easy run. With all the hills, it is never quite just easy but I felt OK. Thankful it was also not as hot as it had been on the weekend. Looks like I picked an ideal weekend to be away from the weather.
