Wednesday - Attacking the LT

Course: Work to Sydney St and Back.
Start Time: 5:55 pm Temp 24C.
Session Type: Lactate Threshold Run
After last Sunday's run, I estimate my Lactate Threshold Level is around the HR 150 level. Ideally, I am looking to get that up over 160. So tonight's aim was to keep around the 150 level which I did as an average but with the HR going up to 157 on the way back shows there is still much to be done. I am actually quite pleased with the pace though. Out in 22:13 (HR143) and back in 21:56 (HR 157).

This sound like a tough practice your doing.
I don't quite get all this LT stuff yet and what I all means, but it does sound hard to change.

Still plenty of time to improve on that. I'm dying to try a harder sustained pace run - can't quite fit it into the schedule yet.
