Tuesday - The Start of the buildup?
9.5k 50:58. HR Avg 140 Max 148 Avg Pace 5:21
Course: Work to Sydney St and Back.
Start Time: 5:45 pm Temp 22C.
Session Type: Easy Run
My first run since last Wednesday. Took it easy and it all seemed to go well. If I pull up OK tomorrow, it will then be just a matter of slowily building the mileage up over the next couple of months. At this stage I would like to run Canberra in April.

hey, me too! i want to run canberra. i just did the 10k last year. i want to do the marathon. i'm a tourist. i want to see the sights. i'll race you. sure, you'll smoke my booty, but it's fun to say... i'll race you. last one (of us two) across the finish lines has to be treated to a golden rough. first one across gets to buy the golden rough.
what a deal!
