I have recovered very well from Sunday's Half. In fact my legs felt better than they do after my normal 32+K Sunday long run. But still wanted just any easy run tonight. Out in 33:56 (HR 144) and back in 33:31 (HR152). I was feeling good enough to pick it up a little on the way back. The pace was just about on my target marathon pace, so it is encouraging that I can run that pace and feel comfortable.
