Course: Work to Riverside and Back.
Start Time: 5:15 pm Temp 26C.
Session Type: Sub 72%MxHR Easy Run
Another easy run tonight. I was actually feeling a bit stiff from the bike intervals from yesterday. It was warm but it didn't seem so humid. Out in 36:12 (138) and back in 37:35 (HR 37:35) which included a short stop to say to hello to Derek who was out walking with his family.
So I was quite suprised that the time was so quick for that Heart Rate. Two weeks ago I did two minutes slower at that same HR. Slow and steady training still seems to be working for me in building my aerobic base.
