Course: Home to End of Cycle track and Back.

Session Type: Conditioning Run
A shorter run tonight. Didn't look at my Heart Monitor and just ran on how I felt which I knew was a little quicker than I have been doing lately but not anywhere near flat out. 15:56 out and 16:14 back which is good seeing it is more downhill in the first half. It seems a long way from the sub 30 minutes I was doing for this course at the end of last year.
Was going to link up with Delta after this run and do another 3k with her but she was wasn't interested when I got back.
