Course: Work to Sydney St Ferry and Back.

Session Type: Conditioning Run
Had to get home for a soccer coach's meeting tonight, so only did the 10k course. This seemed to spur me into running a little faster and finished 1min 45 sec faster than last week on virtually the same Heart Rate readings. Very encouraging for the future.
