Course: Work Gym
Start Time: 1:15pm.
Session Type: Gym Bike session.
A 10 minute weights session and then 25 minutes on the gym bike. Did a set of ten - 30 seconds hard followed by 90 seconds easy. Always amazed how hard you have to work on the bike to get a 160+ Heart Rate, when it seems so effortless to get that level running.
