A good Friday run

Course: 2 Laps of Home to End of Cycle Track.
Start Time: 4:50 pm Temp 30C.
Session Type: Conditioning Run
Lap Times (34:49,36:31). Legs felt a bit heavy towards the end. Started to a get a small twinge in right hip also. I think the 30 minutes of soccer in the backyard with Kewell before th erun took more out of me than I realised.
