Wednesday 15k @ HR 143 Pace 5:01

Course: Work to Riverside.
Start Time: 5:15 pm Temp 27C.
Session Type: Sub 72%MxHR Easy Run

And I thought it was humid last night. Tonight it was worse and only a little breeze.
Luckily it was my "easy" easy run but still struggled to keep the HR down as I heated up. Out in 36:22 (HR 141) and back in 38:03 (HR 144). My singlet and shorts were completely sopping wet by the 10k mark.

    Hi Robert,Good thing water isn't a problem where you run otherwise dehydration would be a factor i'm sure!
    My goal ATM is to run 5km in 20mins by 2nd april 2006 and then to work towards 18:45.
