A mostly easy bike session although I did throw in a few 2 minute more intense periods. Felt a twinge in my right knee towards the end. Now I am putting in more harder and quicker sessions must make sure I don't overdo it.

Certainly don't overdo it, Robert...look what happened to 'poor Jud'!! Yes, I did play it, but I also played "I Can't Say No"!
